Steve and I worked together on several projects during my time at Accenture and I found him to be a valuable partner. I have been fortunate to work closely with Steve for over 5 years, gaining first-hand insight to his strong skills related to team organization, people management and business policies. Steve is Chief of Staff and HR Data Governor to the human resources analytics and data reporting team supporting a large, multifaceted global organization of ~750,000 employees. In these roles, Steve manages business operations, customer relationships, and delivery of the HR data & reporting strategy, along with organizing and developing a cross-functional team of ~200 employees. Steve is an active and involved leader that is present with the team, provides direction on priority areas of leadership focus and guides our portfolio teams on next steps and connections to contacts to move projects along in a timely manner.
